Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Care: 
Provide exceptional service to customers, assisting with tasks such as packing, shipping, scanning documents and printing services with a warm and friendly demeanor. 

• Operations:  Execute tasks efficiently and accurately, including mail sorting, filing, data entry, copying, and maintaining a tidy workspace to ensure a smooth customer experience. 

• Sales Support:  Offer helpful and problem-solving recommendations to customers, contributing to sales growth while enriching the overall shopping experience. 

• Teams:  Work alongside supportive colleagues, sharing insights, valuable techniques and ideas to enhance teamwork and productivity.

• Reliability:  Demonstrate reliability and dependability, consistently showing up for scheduled shifts and fulfilling job responsibilities with diligence.

• Adaptability:  Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adeptly managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Learning Mindset:  Display a willingness to learn and grow with us. Embrace opportunities to become a Notary Public (We pay) and acquire valuable new skills. Seize opportunities for skill development and advancement in management within the organization.

 

Requirements:

• Reliability:  Demonstrate punctuality, honesty, and reliability in all aspects of your work. Consistently showing up for scheduled shifts and fulfilling job responsibilities with diligence. 

• Versatility:  Thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking with ease and efficiency.

• Communication:  Possess strong communication skills and willingness to help others, allowing for effective interaction with customers and team members.

• Physical Ability:  Be capable of lifting up to 45 lbs. and standing for extended periods 4 hrs or more.

• Learning:  Embrace opportunities to learn new Software, Designing, Printing, Shipping Techniques and acquire valuable sales and technical skills.

Definitely a Plus but not required:

• Previous experience with UPS store, Fedex office or mailbox centers.

• Previous retail and customer service experience with shipping, packaging or printing.

• A Notary Public license (will pay a bonus if already licensed)

• A background knowledge of Computers, Networking, Business Dev, Marketing or Management.

• A background working with Social media, Facebook ads, Instagram, SEO, Google ads or Website design.
